In addition to advising employers on strategic defense of complex wage and hour litigation, Justin counsels businesses on a full range of labor and employment matters, including policy development, handbooks, wage and hour compliance, FCRA compliance, fair employment practices, employment discrimination and retaliation, internal investigations, hiring and terminations, mass layoffs and RIFs, employment agreements, independent contractor engagements, non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, data privacy and breach response, record keeping requirements, and public relations issues.
